Women’s Circle
Location: Move Studios, Kilsyth.
Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Cost: $40 per circle

This circle is for women who want to
Replace small talk with real talk.
trade exhaustion for a deep exhale.
Show up messy, tired, or hopeful and be met with a “me too”.

You have never been to a circle before (it’s not a scary as it sounds!).
Your craving deeper connections but don’t know where to start.
You need a monthly reset button - a sacred pause to just be.
What to expect
Over the 90 minutes we will gather with intention, to slow down and tune in.
each session will have a mix of ritual, guided journaling & reflection, meditation or relaxation practices, sharing space.
It is a judgement free zone - come exactly as you are in the calm or chaos of the month.
The location:
Move Studios, located in Kilsyth is a big, beautiful dance studio. located in a small industrial estate, there is plenty of car parks however can be dark at night.
When you arrive, head inside the studio, walking forward you will notice a set of stairs on your left-hand side, head up these and to the right. There will be signs directing you.
Toilets are located on the ground floor next to the kitchen.
Babes in arms are welcome. If you are bringing your baby, please let me know so I can make sure i can help you if needed. The set of stairs will mean in arms or carrier is needed as there is no lift.

Group Numbers:
With all of my groups, a lot of intention, thought, and preparation goes into them. The sustainability of running these for me is also very important, this allows me to work in a way that is mother centered. This being said, Circles will only go a head if 4 or more women book a spot. If less than 4 spots are booked, I will cancel the Circle and you will receive a full refund and an invitation to the next Circle.

Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the Circle running.
