About me
Hello! I am Bronte,
I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, and a friend. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Individual and groups therapist, certified motherhood studies practitioner, women’s circle facilitator, and supervisor for allied health professionals.
In all the work I do, I place immense importance on creating a safe space for women to be held and heard as they navigate challenges and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, and I strive to bring a sense of calm and validation to every interaction. I aim to support you in feeling connected to yourself and others while building tools to honour your experiences.
My practice is grounded in a strength-based and trauma-informed perspective, I draw on a range of approaches such as EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT and EFT to meet you where you are. Whether through individual therapy, groups, women’s circles, or supervision for allied health professionals, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth.
